Bill a native Floridian born in Miami, spent many years living in Europe, mostly Germany, where he also served part of his 20 year Air Force career as a combat air traffic controller. Germany is where he met Julie. Bill was enjoying a successful career in the Insurance Industry but decided he could do more. With Julie at his side they left the mountains of beautiful Southern Germany and moved to Aschaffenburg just south of Frankfurt to expand their business, and expand it they did! They started with Auto Insurance for the U.S. Military and progressed to a complete U.S. Service center, offering European tours, International flight service, video store, car rental and much more.
Their professionalism to their trade was rewarded numerous times by being in the Top Ten of all agents nationally. Their dedication to the service men and women also did not go un-noticed. Bill received the St. Barbara’s award and Julie was honored with the Molly Pitcher award both of which were presented to them in grand Military fashion.
The decision was made in the mid 90’s to return to the U.S. Julie, born in London  England, was quite thrilled to start a new career in Florida. The transition to real estate was not a difficult choice. “The human aspect of the business is always the same,” said Julie adding, “People know when you have a sincere interest in helping them.”
Bill and Julie have definitely proved themselves in the field of real estate recognizing that there is a human element present in each transaction. “It’s not all just contracts, negotiations, offers and counter-offers,” Bill pointed out, “And the recent decision to move to KELLER WILLIAMS was a great choice for us."
